How to access the new portal

1. Invitation

You will receive an invite from the portal. It should arrive in your inbox. If you do not receive your invite, check your junk mail in case it has been directed there.
Follow these steps:

  • In the email, select ‘Register’ - you will be directed to your browser to create an account.
  • In the fields provided, enter your name, email address (may be pre-filled), password (password must be 12 characters and have a minimum of 1 number, 1 symbol, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 lowercase letter - eg. J@ckCitizen01) then repeat and confirm password.
  • Select ‘Register’

2. Verify Email Address

Return to your email application. You should have received a notification to verify your email address. Select ‘Verify Email Address’.

3. Security Code

After selecting verify email address, you will be directed back to the login page where you will be prompted to enter a security code.
Follow these steps:

  • Return to your email account. A notification will arrive displaying a 6 digit code.
  • Copy the code (Ctrl C), return to your browser and paste the code (Ctrl V) into the field provided.
  • Select ‘Continue’.

You now have access to Sales and Product Literature.

4. To log back in

If you need to return after logging out, follow these steps to gain access the portal when required:

  • Visit this link portal.elphinstone.com or select the link in the top right hand corner of our website.
  • Enter your user name (it is your email address).
  • Enter your 12 character password.
  • Select ‘Continue’.
  • You will be prompted to enter the a security code.
  • Return to your email account. A notification will arrive displaying a 6 digit code - eg. 342398.
  • Copy the code (Ctrl C), return to the login page and paste the code (Ctrl V) into the field provided.
  • Select ‘Continue’.
